For Bed and Breakfast Accommodation

Please note reservations are
from 3.00pm on the day of arrival
until 10.00 am on the day of departure.

Deposits of £10.00 per person must be made at the time of booking and are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. We will do our utmost to re-let your room but if this is not possible you will remain liable for 70% of the full payment.

Balance to be paid in full on arrival.

Reductions for children only apply when sharing a family room with two paying adults.

To comply with smoking regulations as of July 2007 smoking is no longer allowed in the Guest House.

If you expect to arrive later than 6pm please telephone or email to confirm expected time of arrival.

Please note that during the High-Season there is a 2 night minimum stay at weekends.

Children under 4: FREE
Children 4-11 are ½ price when sharing with 2 paying adults

At present we do NOT accept credit or debit cards.
If you intend to pay by cheque please allow 10 days for cheque to clear before arrival.
